Lic\u00faa a m\u00e1xima velocidad hasta que est\u00e9 uniforme y prueba si est\u00e1 salado. Agrega la marinada a los filetes y c\u00fabrelos de manera pareja. Cubre y deja marinar durante tres horas y media.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipeStepText\">\n<div class=\"recipePartStepHeading\">3- En una cacerola mediana, agrega 4 chiles guajillo, 8 chiles de \u00e1rbol, 4 tomatillos, 2 tomates enteros, 1\/2 cebolla entera y 5 tazas de agua. Deja que hierva. Reduce el fuego y cocina durante 15 minutos. Cuela el agua y coloca la mezcla en la licuadora. Agrega 1 1\/2 cucharaditas de sal, 1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta y el jugo de 1 lima. Lic\u00faa a m\u00e1xima velocidad durante 30 \u00f3 40 segundos hasta que est\u00e9 uniforme; prueba si est\u00e1 salado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipeStepText\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipePartStepHeading\">4- Retira los filetes de la heladera 30 minutos antes de cocinarlos. Cuando est\u00e9n listos, precalienta una plancha a temperatura media\/alta durante 10 minutos. Retira los filetes de la marinada, quita el exceso y col\u00f3calos en un plato. Coloca aceite de canola en la plancha. Asa los filetes durante 2 \u00bd &#8211; 3 minutos de cada lado. Col\u00f3calos en un plato, c\u00fabrelos con papel de aluminio y d\u00e9jalos reposar durante 10 minutos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipeStepText\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipePartStepHeading\">5- Calienta las tortillas de ma\u00edz en la plancha y envu\u00e9lvelas en papel de aluminio para mantenerlas calientes. Corta los filetes en tiritas en forma perpendicular a los nervios. Col\u00f3calos en una bandeja con tapa para que se mantengan calientes. En M\u00e9xico, es com\u00fan servir 2 tortillas de ma\u00edz, una arriba de la otra, por taco.
